When I made a drawing on the FlexiStarter software, it looked good. When I sent it to my vinyl plotter for cutting, however, it looked like it was cut in reverse.. In some of the designs, when I came across lines with rounded corners, the software wouldn't allow the curves to

I can't put the design into my plotter because it crashes when I try to import the design.
I was wondering if you could help with a problem I have. I'm a graphic designer and I've used FlexiStarter in the past and I really liked it. It allowed me to design at home and it was easy to export it to the plotter. So, I purchased it again (v8.6v2) for my 1680 plotter but it crashes when I import my designs.
Has anyone had this issue and been able to fix it? I'm currently out of commission.
